Phoenix Apartment Market: 1,632 unitsA number of the apartments listed on ApartmentList are among the best bargains in the Phoenix area.

You can find a lot of options, with a lot less inventory. 

Here are some of the best prices for apartment rentals in Phoenix: Apartment List – 1,715 square feet for $1,719,900(click for larger image) Apartments that are only half or less of their advertised price are often more affordable. 

The Apartment listing on Apampatch.com shows you the cheapest one-bedroom units for rent in Phoenix.

ApartmentList – 1-bedroom for $4,097,900 (click for bigger image)  Apartment listings on Apartments.com show you a great number of listings for one bedroom apartments for rent, but some of them are priced too high to be worth it. 

One example is a unit listed for $3,600 a month.

Apartment listings for the entire Phoenix area usually show a monthly rent of $3.25 to $4.50.

Aptestalk – 1 bedroom for $2,990(click to enlarge) One of the more popular rental websites for Phoenix apartment buyers, Apartmentalk.com, also has a listing for 1-bedrooms in Phoenix, with an average price of $2.99 a square foot. 

Aptesters.com – 1 Bedroom for $12,495(click on images to enlarge, right) The listings on Aptestalks.com for apartments are always competitive.

One apartment listed for rent at $12 a square-foot in Scottsdale, AZ was a very good deal. 

Aportune – 1.5 Bedroom (3 Bedroom Bathroom) for $739,900 Apapay.com offers 1 bedroom units for $9,499 a month, but that unit comes with a $7,500 deposit.

Apapay offers a two-bedroom apartment for $5,995, and a three-bedroom unit for $8,199. 

Bethany Apartment – 1 Apartment for $6,890 Apatents.com also offers a good number of apartments for a one-bedroom or two-bedbedroom. 

There are apartments for rents ranging from $6 to $7 a square feet, depending on location. 

If you want to save money, the one- bedroom in the pictures above costs a bit more than the one in the listing. 

However, if you’re willing to take a little bit of risk, you can find affordable one- and two- bedroom apartments in Phoenix for a bit less than what you pay for a typical unit.

Miles Apartments: 1 Bedrooms for $19,495 Mile Apartments offers one bedroom units in Phoenix at a $19 per square foot rate, but this isn’t necessarily a bad deal.

A large majority of the units are priced to rent. 

You can save $500 a month if you sign up for a two year lease, but you can save even more if you buy a one month rental contract. 

This is a great opportunity to rent out your home to other people, or get a little extra cash to help pay for your mortgage. 

 A typical one bedroom apartment in the photo above is listed for a price of around $1.75 a square, but the listing doesn’t specify the location.

 Mountain View Apartment is a popular site for Phoenix renters. 

$19.95 a month is a little too much for a single bedroom apartment, but if you really want a place that is truly special, there are many options.
