A 5-bed apartment in Tempe, Arizona, has attracted 5 stars on TripAdvisor, and it is the first of its kind in the country.
The property is located at 2616 N. Alameda Ave., a former warehouse on the edge of Tempe.
The apartment is listed as 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 walk-in shower, and a backyard garden.
It has a rent of $2,995 a month.
The owner of the property, Jim Henson, said he and his wife, Kari, bought the house in 2006, and have owned it for the past 20 years.
The property is currently undergoing renovation and the owner plans to have it up and running by 2020.
Henson, who has been with the property for 10 years, said they were inspired to build the home after being blown away by the views of the Phoenix skyline from their home.
“We had a view of the valley, but there wasn’t a lot of other places to see it.
So we had this dream of creating something that would inspire and inspire people to live here,” Henson said.
Hensons neighbors have been a part of the renovation process, he said, including his wife.
“They’ve been working on it from day one.
They’ve been very supportive,” Hensons wife said.
The apartment is situated in the Tempe/Arizona State University/Arizona University community, which is a large area.
The apartments are available for rent in the three-bedroom, two-bathroom, and one-bathrooms range, as well as one- and two-bedroom units.
